Rise and Fire!

In the spirit of March Madness, I figured it would be appropriate to pay tribute to perhaps the greatest college basketball commentator of our time, Gus Johnson. Most of our readers probably already know who Gus is and what he represents, so I won't waste your time. Rather, I'd offer the clips below as some of the most memorable Gus Johnson moments of the tournament over the past decade. You can also check out his soundboard which surged in bro-life popularity during last year's tournament.

Most recently, Gus called the 2011 Pac-10 Tournament Championship game. The game went into overtime and true to form, Gus willed Washington into an impressive buzzer-beater.

The Infamous "I Get Buckets".

"Heartbreak City"

"Lewis, who's been awesome!!"...sends it into overtime for Ohio State who would go on to win.

Probably the besst game of the 2010 tournament, of course Gus had the call.

Here's to hoping that this year's tournament will provide even more memorable Gus moments.
